Just a small taste of what’s to come

Hello world and welcome!  My name is Christina Lazarakis and this tiny corner of the interweb is Small Kitchen Chronicles.

I must confess, I am not a fan of my kitchen.  Two words: too small.  Twenty five and a half tiny-square-feet-small, and unfortunately, no, that number is not an exaggeration.

I moved into said kitchen in December of 2011, when I moved in with my then-fiance, now wonderful-husband, Christopher.  It suffices to say, it was not a love-at-first sight thing, this introduction to my new kitchen. Continue reading →
